Why we do what we do
We are committed to providing a service that helps you to flourish, even through the hard times, by creating meaningful and sustainable, positive change.
At Solace & Thrive, we are passionate about helping people to better understand themselves, their challenges and their strengths to collaboratively develop strategies and skills that will help them enhance their emotional wellbeing, psychological flexibility and resilience. Our goal is to achieve meaningful and sustained change.
A professional and dedicated team to support you
The team at Solace & Thrive work with individuals during the most vulnerable times in their lives. Therapy is a powerful space where you can learn, grow and, most importantly, feel better.
Together, we will help you make lasting changes by building insight, making sense of feelings and developing more helpful patterns of thoughts and behaviour.
Solace & Thrive prides itself on our clients receiving the best and most personalised care. Our guiding philosophy is that therapy should be both personalised and evidence-based, and underscored by a strong rapport. We strive to ensure that the therapy space is one in which clients feel supported, heard and understood.
